Morning Drivers

Morning Drivers are a local band, born and bread, formed in the summer of 2013 in Ibiza. They started as a cover band, playing hits by Stereophonics, Oasis, Muse, Mando Diao and Franz Ferdinand (amongst many others) just for some laughs and a good time, but quickly became a mainstay in most of the local “fiestas” over the next few years. In 2017 the band released their first LP “Perspectiva” consisting of all-original material in Spanish and set out to tour mainland Spain to promote it. A few notable dates include sharing the bill with L.A., Angel Stanich, Melendi or O’Funkillo in some of their bigger open-air outings. In 2020 Morning Drivers released “Nuevas Intenciones”, their sophomore studio album, which has been well received by the Indie music press community and by the ever growing following of the band around most of Spain.

bar
Can Jordi Blues Station

“Can Jordi is one of our favorite bars in Ibiza. There, you can find beautiful ambience, very nice people and some live music. Our favorite drink is Hierbas Ibicencas, of course.” – JOVEN DOLORES

“Great live music and enthusiastic audience, pure Ibiza experience … say hello to the owner Vicente.” – Muriel Grossman

“Can Jordi is like a second home to many local musicians. When it’s warm, all gigs are held outdoors; when it’s cold, the atmosphere moves into the bar. Either way, you have to catch a gig there, have a couple tapas and a couple beers. It’s a great place to show support for the local music scene and the local businesses.” – Morning Drivers

“the “Sueños de Libertad” music festival is held yearly. The bill holds independent artists from Spain and abroad, with some interesting major acts also included. The festival mainly tries to attract the festival lovers of Spain in order to offer a different experience in musical entertainment Ibiza (other than the club scene).” – Morning Drivers

San Pedrera “Atlantis”

“Atlantis (San Pedrera) is my favorite place to enjoy nature because of the incredible view, impressive water pools beside the sea, and positive energy.” – Muriel Grossman

“The walks around San Pedrera (also known to some as “Atlantis”) are somw of the best hiking trails around! The views are amazing and you don’t need to be a seasoned hiker to enjoy it!” – Morning Drivers

Port de Balansat

“Port de Balansat, down at the beach in Sant Miquel, is the best local restaurant. A “Bullit de Peix” with “Arròs a banda” is a must. Many restaurants in Ibiza offer the famous “Bullit de Peix” but very few compare to Port de Balansat.” – Morning Drivers

“Croissant Show, next to the old market before entering Dalt Vila (the old town of Ibiza). The coffee is great and the pastry selection is excellent too.” – Morning Drivers

Ibosim Brewhouse

“Ibosim is a small Craftbeer brewery, located in Port Des Torrent. You have a few choices of their own brews on tap and you might be able to catch their special editions there, as they disappear quite quickly.” – Morning Drivers
